Smoothly plastered with ease<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to its fine grain size and low bulk density, IsoTex F50 is a particularly easy-to-apply smooth plaster. With a consumption of just 0.65 kg\/m\u00b2 per mm layer thickness, it is easy to apply and produces a homogeneous, smooth surface. The plaster can be applied manually with a trowel or mechanically with a sprayer. IsoTex F50 is suitable for plastering brick, concrete, reinforced concrete, aerated concrete, wood and metal substrates indoors and outdoors<\/p>\n

ClimateCoating\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0<\/sup>IsoTex system – The energy-saving trio for smooth fa\u00e7ades<\/strong><\/p>\n

IsoTex F50 is applied to the IsoTex R70<\/a> thermal insulation render and forms the final, smooth render layer. After drying, the surface can be coated with ClimateCoating\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0functional paints, such as ThermoProtect<\/a> for facades. With this system combination, energy savings of 15 to 40 % can be achieved for heating and air conditioning.<\/p>\n

This is made possible by the combination of thermal insulation plaster and the reflective membrane technology<\/a> contained in the ClimateCoating\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0functional paint. The fa\u00e7ade coating acts like an intelligent membrane: when it rains, it only absorbs a limited amount of water without passing it on to the masonry behind it. After a short period of saturation, the membrane blocks so that no further water is absorbed – regardless of the duration of the precipitation. This keeps the amount of evaporation low. As with exterior renders in accordance with EN 998-1, the coating can be classified as water-repellent.<\/p>\n

ThermoProtect fa\u00e7ade paint is also extremely resistant to environmental influences such as UV radiation and acid rain. Its antistatic effect significantly reduces dust adhesion. There are documented fa\u00e7ades where, even after more than 20 years, the membrane-like coating is intact, crack-free and fully functional \u2013 thus maintaining its energy-saving effect in the long term (see project Perleberg \u2013 fa\u00e7ade coating with ThermoProtect<\/a> and press report).<\/a><\/p>\n

Mineral smooth plaster <\/strong><\/p>\n

IsoTex F50 is a fine, mineral-based smooth plaster for interior and exterior use. It is used as a final surface and levelling layer in the ClimateCoating\u00ae<\/sup> IsoTex system \u2013 especially on IsoTex R70 <\/a>thermal insulation plaster.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its fine grain size and low bulk density, IsoTex F50 produces a smooth, even and low-stress surface. Unevenness in the insulating plaster is reliably evened out. At the same time, IsoTex F50 forms the ideal basis for subsequent ClimateCoating\u00ae<\/sup> coatings – for example for the ThermoProtect<\/a> fa\u00e7ade paint or for high-quality interior wall coatings such as ThermoPlus<\/a>, Lumen<\/a> or Thermovital<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In combination with IsoTex R70 and ThermoProtect fa\u00e7ade paint, IsoTex F50 supports physically effective moisture management, which has been proven to reduce heating and air conditioning costs by 15 to 40 %.<\/p>\n
