The products ThermoShield\u00ae DB-Spezial Wand\/Wall and ThermoShield\u00ae DB-Spezial Dach\/Roof support the long-term protection of temperature-sensitive railway crossing, signalling and safety technology.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the durable and weather-resistant coating solutions provide long-lasting protection for fa\u00e7ade and roof surfaces and contribute to preserving the value of technical infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verification of Thermal Performance (Pilot Project 2021)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of the pilot project at the Langsdorf IV test facility, the thermal performance of the ThermoShield\u00ae DB-Spezial coating was evaluated under real summer conditions. The measurement results demonstrated a significant reduction in indoor temperatures in concrete switchgear houses. Compared with uncoated surfaces, temperature reductions of up to 11 \u00b0C were achieved.
